By using TurboLora, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

TurboLora is a platform for training custom LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) models on Z-Image Turbo. We provide cloud-based training infrastructure so you can create personalized AI image generation models without requiring your own GPU or technical expertise.

2. Content Rights and Responsibilities

By uploading content to TurboLora, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the content.
• You have consent from any individuals whose likeness appears in the images.
• The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• You will not use the service to create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real individuals.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use TurboLora to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
• Impersonate individuals without their consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context

4. Z-Image Model Guidelines

Our service uses Z-Image Turbo as the base model. By using our service, you also agree to comply with:

• Hugging Face's Terms of Service and acceptable use policies
• Z-Image model license and usage guidelines
• Community guidelines for responsible AI use

5. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• Training credits reset at the start of each billing period.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the quality or accuracy of your trained models. To request a refund, contact us at support@turbolora.com within 30 days of your subscription start date.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Training times may vary based on demand and system load.

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the images you upload and the models you train.
• TurboLora retains ownership of the platform, technology, and base models.
• Generated images belong to you for personal and commercial use per your subscription.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data and trained models may be deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

TurboLora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
